Building on the vision of the founder, Sufi Saint Hazrat Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah (Rahmatullah Alaihee), Dhaka Ahsania Mission embarked on creating a modern cancer hospital where world-class treatment could be provided. Ahsania Mission Cancer and General Hospital is one of the key projects in the fight against cancer in Bangladesh. As part of this initiative, Dhaka Ahsania Mission opened a Cancer Detection & Treatment Center in Mirpur, Dhaka in 2001. Over the years, it has evolved into a 42-bed cancer hospital, offering essential services such as operation facilities, chemotherapy, and X-ray and imaging. The hospital is staffed by a team of experienced cancer specialists and general physicians, who provide healthcare services at an affordable cost. Additionally, free services are provided to poor and ultra-poor patients. Since its inception in 2001, the hospital has consistently delivered healthcare services, with a special focus on treating cancer patients.
